Sam MacKenzie

Sam lives in the mountains of ‘Les 3 Valleys’, France. Where he specialises in cooking fantastic food for hungry skiers. His extensive cheffing experience began in his native New Zealand and has taken him across the world. Cooking in restaurants, villas, luxury yachts and ski chalets.

Sam prioritises the use of local, seasonal and sustainable produce, believing that the key to great food is fantastic ingredients. When not in the kitchen, Sam loves getting out into the mountains. He is a keen skier, ski-tourer, and hiker. He can't wait to join Off Piste Performance in Norway in 2025.
