We guarantee to run all of our courses and trips, even if only 1 person has booked. You can be assured that once you have booked the course or trip will go ahead. You can then make transport and accommodation arrangements as required.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are adequately insured for the courses and trips that you book. Individual requirements vary considerably therefore we cannot make recommendations, as what works for one person might not give sufficient cover for another. Options to look at include BMC insurance and Snowcard.
Carré Neige, which is available in Chamonix when you buy your lift pass. This will cover you for off-piste skiing from the lifts in France, but not for ski touring. Search and rescue insurance is available from the Office de Moyenne et Haute Montagne (DIOT Insurance) in Chamonix.
Ski Breezy is ideal for single people on courses or a groups of friends. It is a good way to meet other people. It has a very relaxed atmosphere with emphasis on lots of excellent home cooking and flowing wine. Breezy and Al will ensure that you are well looked after, making this our preferred accommodation option for all of our courses.
For hotel accommodation in Chamonix Hotel Chaumiere is a great option. It has its own parking and it's possible to walk to the centre of town. Hotel Le Dahu is a good option for staying in Argentière, as is Hotel Les Lanchers in Les Praz.
